We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, city and (for contractors) business details, portfolio and verification documents. We also collect limited technical data such as device and usage information to operate and secure the platform.

We use your information to provide the marketplace, match projects with contractors, verify contractors, enable messaging, prevent fraud and abuse, send service communications, and improve the platform.

Your phone number and email are not shown publicly. Contact details in descriptions, proposals and messages may be automatically detected and hidden, and are revealed only when you accept a bid and choose to proceed with a contractor.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (for example hosting, email and analytics), and where required by law or to protect users.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We apply technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and row-level security, but no system is completely secure.

You can review and update your profile information at any time from your account settings. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
